At YourWallClock, we are committed to ensuring your orders are delivered in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy for information regarding processing times, shipping options, and delivery times.
All orders are processed in USD Dollars.
1. Processing Times
- Transit time: Orders are processed within 0-1 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment has been confirmed. Cut of time is 5 PM Mountain standard time Monday to Friday for all orders .
- You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:
a. Domestic Shipping (United States):

b. International Shipping:
- Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery is typically [6–9 business days]. We do ship with FEDEX .
- We do offer international shipping to the following destinations : Canada, United Kingdom and Australia .

Note: International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
3. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use this number to track your package through our shipping partner's website.
4. Delayed or Lost Packages
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unexpected delays can occur due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, carrier issues).
- If your package is delayed or lost, please contact us at contact@yourwallclock.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
5. Shipping Address
- Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
6. Undeliverable or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to accept delivery:
- We will notify you and arrange for reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply).
- Refunds will not be issued for shipping charges on undeliverable packages.
