  • We do not charge a restocking fee.
  • Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, except in cases of defective or damaged items, we will provide a returning label.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Once your request is approved, we'll provide instructions for returning the item.

Refund Process

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged within 30 days. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us at contact@yourwallclock.com we will help you get the other item and return the one ordered.
